Convenient and Clean!

train station proximityreally good cleanlinessattentive staffstreet noise
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. This made my early morning departure very easy. The room was clean upon arrival. The staff was attentive to all requests.
The street noise at night was quite disruptive. This was due to the location near popular nightspots. I recommend bringing earplugs for a quieter sleep.
Rooms
9/10
The room featured a double bed, a work desk, and a small seating area. A kettle with tea and coffee was available, and the shower cubicle was triangular, providing more space than usual in the bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel is very close to the railway station, a detail of convenience for travellers. The check-in process was streamlined and efficient, which I appreciated very much.
Dining
10/10
A wide selection of breakfast items included tasty food and fresh fruit salad. The breakfast service provided a satisfying start to the day. There were plentiful options, even during the Christmas period when the hotel had fewer guests.

smooth stay NEAR station

modern decorfluffy pillowsplastic floor
The hotel had a great location near the station. It was a five minute walk. The interior seemed new with modern decor. I appreciate it. the room was a reasonable size and the bed had fluffy pillows.
i thought the plastic bedroom floor was a little odd. it felt strange to walk on, and i wasn't sure why they chose that material.
Service

The staff offered to put the oven on for some chips after my train, even though i declined. This kindness meant a lot after a long journey. The team seemed genuinely happy to help.

EXCELLENT location near Temple Meads

convenient locationspacious roomcomfortable beds
The location was GREAT. It was close to Temple Meads railway station, with easy access to the city centre. The room I had was spacious. It featured twin beds exactly as I requested. The beds were surprisingly comfortable though a bit narrow perhaps. Access to rooms requires a keycard with an added level of security.
The bathroom felt a LITTLE cramped. It would have been nice to have a bit more space in there when trying to get ready.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel has a well stocked bar that offers a variety of drinks and snacks. The area provides a relaxed atmosphere . The check in process was efficient and easy. The staff are well trained.
Rooms
8/10
The room was quite clean and well maintained, very important. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day. The room size was adequate and met my needs .
